Create your workspace
Open a ProvenTen workspace, set your company name and first defaults, and get those settings in place before you invite anyone else to join the workspace.
A workspace is your company’s home in ProvenTen: the reference library, advocate permissions, and the people who can use them. Create it once, then invite the team.
Before you start
- Use a work email you check regularly. This becomes the first admin login.
- Know whether you are on Growth (self-serve) or Enterprise (your customer success contact will usually create or hand over the workspace).
- Have your company name as you want it to appear to your team.
Create the workspace
- Sign in to the ProvenTen platform.
- Choose Create workspace and enter your company name.
- Confirm your time zone and default language. You can change these later in workspace settings.
- Save. You land on an empty library — that is expected.
