Invite your team

Invite sales, marketing, and workspace admins with the right role from day one, so advocate data stays limited to the people on your team who need it.

Invite people after the workspace exists, not before. A clear first round of invites — admins, then sellers — avoids a messy permission cleanup later.

Who to invite first

  • One or two workspace admins besides yourself.
  • The people who own the reference library (often sales ops or enablement).
  • A small group of account executives who will use matching in live deals.

Send invites

  1. Open Admin → Users.
  2. Add work email addresses. Use the role that matches the job: Admin, Librarian, or Seller. See Users and roles.
  3. Send the invites. Each person gets an email with a link to join this workspace.
  4. If someone does not see the email, ask them to check spam, then resend from the users list.

Choose Admin, Librarian, or Seller access so it is clear who can see advocates, who can change the library, and who can only use proof in a live deal.

Open a ProvenTen workspace, set your company name and first defaults, and get those settings in place before you invite anyone else to join the workspace.

Sign in with SSO (single sign-on), require MFA (also called 2FA), and map your identity-provider groups to the ProvenTen roles your team members should have.
