Connect your CRM
Link Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or Pipedrive so matching can use the company and the deal that are already open in the CRM sitting in front of you.
A CRM connection is the fastest way to make matching useful. ProvenTen can read deal context (industry, size, stage) instead of asking the seller to retype it.
What you need
- Admin access in ProvenTen and in the CRM.
- A clear idea of which objects to sync (usually accounts, opportunities or deals, and contacts).
- Time to test with one record before you roll the integration out to the whole team.
Connect
- Open Admin → Integrations and choose your CRM.
- Sign in to the CRM with an admin account and approve the requested scopes.
- Map the fields ProvenTen should use for matching (industry, region, deal size, product).
- Run a test on one account. Confirm the right records appear in ProvenTen before you enable two-way updates.
