Add your first references
Get a usable library in place: a few trusted customers, with consent recorded.
You do not need a perfect library to start. Ten well-consented references beat a hundred rows with no permission trail. Start with customers you would actually put in front of a prospect this month.
What to capture
- Company name, industry, and a short story of the outcome.
- The advocate: name, role, and how they prefer to be contacted.
- Consent status: who approved this reference, and until when.
- Deal context that helps matching later: segment, region, product, and the problem you solved.
Add them
- Open the reference library and choose Add reference.
- Fill in the company and story. Keep the write-up honest — ProvenTen is built for verified proof, not inflated claims.
- Add the advocate and record consent. If consent is still outstanding, save as pending and come back.
- Repeat for a handful of references, or import a larger set during an Enterprise rollout.
