Workspace settings

Company name, defaults, sharing, and the switches that affect every seller.

Workspace settings are the quiet defaults: how the company is named, who can share what, and which integrations are allowed. Change them rarely, and tell the team when you do.

Worth reviewing

  • Display name and logo as they appear to your users.
  • Default language and time zone for timestamps on requests and consent.
  • Whether sellers can export content, and whether advocate contact details are visible or request-only.
  • Which integrations are enabled. Unused connectors should be off.
