Slack and Microsoft Teams

Slack and Teams are for awareness, not a second library. Connect them so requests and approvals show up where the team already works.
Connect
- Open Admin → Integrations and choose Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Approve the app in the workspace or tenant. Limit it to the channels that own references.
- Choose which events to post: new requests, approvals, and failed CRM syncs are usually enough.
