Browser and email add-ins
Use ProvenTen from Chrome, Outlook, and Gmail while you work a live conversation.
Add-ins are for the moment you are already in the browser or inbox. They should feel like a sidebar, not another login maze.
Install
- Open Integrations in ProvenTen and download the Chrome extension or the Outlook / Gmail add-in your company approved.
- Sign in with the same account you use on the web. SSO applies here too.
- Pin the extension. On the first use, grant access to the tab or mailbox as prompted.
Use it well
- Match from the page of the prospect or the email thread, then request from there.
- Do not paste advocate emails into the thread unless consent and your process allow it.
