API and webhooks

When you need a custom integration, use the Developer Center — this page only points the way.

The Help Center is for using ProvenTen. The HTTP API, authentication, webhooks, and schemas live in the Developer Center so they stay the source of truth.

When to use the API

  • You are syncing references with an internal portal or data warehouse.
  • A CRM we do not list yet needs a custom connector.
  • You want signed webhook events when requests complete.

Go to the Developer Center

  1. Open the Developer Center for the quick start and API reference.
  2. Create API keys in the platform under Settings → API Keys. Never put live keys in a browser app.
  3. If public API access is still in private beta for your tenant, request keys from that site — not from this Help Center.
